B2R Finance Welcomes New Senior Vice President

B2R Finance, a Charlotte, North Carolina-based lender for single-family rental property investors, has announced the hiring of Joe Hullinger as a senior vice president.

In his new role with B2R Finance, Hullinger will be responsible for oversight of overall operations for the company. He will also oversee the company’s single-property loan sales team and the portfolio loan sales team, which serves borrowers with loan sizes greater than $700,000.

In addition to those responsibilities, Hullinger will become a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Joe understands how effective leadership can inspire business results and has proven the importance of this relationship time and again throughout the course of his career. He will be a tremendous asset to our team and I am personally very excited to have him on board.”

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Hullinger is a frequent panelist and thought leader on topics such as modifications and repayment plans related to mortgage products and government relations. Hullinger’s most recent position was servicing as an operations executive for Genworth Mortgage Insurance, where his responsibilities included directing loss mitigation strategies, creating strategies for systematic targeted marketing campaigns, and leveraging a predictive analytics model for increased campaign efficiencies. He has also held positions of responsibility in both origination and operations capacities with BNC Mortgage, Finance America, Fieldstone Mortgage, and America Mortgage Solutions. He began his career at Transamerica Mortgage Company.
