Two Full-Service Rocky Mountain Brokerages Join Berkshire Hathaway Network

In Colorado, Prudential Preferred Real Estate of Greater Denver and Prudential Rocky Mountain Realtors of Boulder have joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, the new real estate brokerage network operated by HSF Affiliates LLC. Based in Irvine, California, this new network is designed for a new era in residential real estate.

Among the few organizations entrusted to use the world-renowned Berkshire Hathaway name, the network brings to the real estate market a definitive mark of trust, integrity, stability, and longevity, according to network administrators. These two newest agencies are among a growing roster of affiliates that have joined the network since September. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices currently comprises more than 22,000 agents and more than 600 offices in 26 states.

Prudential Preferred Real Estate, a full-service brokerage with offices in Denver and Castle Pines is now operating as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Preferred Real Estate, an independently owned and operated brokerage. The company says it is built on a foundation of strength, integrity, trust, and unwavering dedication to clients.

“We’d like to think the best just got better in Denver,” said Don Bobeda, broker/owner of Preferred Real Estate. Adding that affiliation with the brand would help his company grow and recruit, Bobeda said, “Top agents want to represent a top brand, and boy, do we have one in Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.” He further noted, “We believe clients of all types will want to see that Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices name on a sign in the front yard.”

Bobeda and his agents commemorated the transition Thursday at the Wildlife Experience facility in Parker. The event featured a performance by the University of Colorado’s vocal group In the Buff and a video portraying transformation of the new exterior yard signs.

Stephen Phillips, network president, proudly welcomed Bobeda and his team to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. “They are fine and dedicated professionals who will be terrific ambassadors of the brand,” he commented.

Prudential Rocky Mountain Realtors, now Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Rocky Mountain Realtors, is a full-service brokerage with offices in Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, Greeley, and Loveland.

“We’re excited to start our next chapter as part of the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand,” said Tom Tyrrell, broker/owner of Rocky Mountain Realtors. We love that the brand is inspired by Berkshire Hathaway, Inc., the world’s most respected company, according to Barrons.”

As part of the transition, Rocky Mountain Realtors associates gain access to a robust real estate technology platform, ongoing business consultation, professional education, marketing support, and more.

Tyrrell and co-owners Chris Jungman and Chip Wise commemorated the brand Thursday during an agent event in Boulder with an unveiling of new Cabernet and cream-colored signage. Discussing the significance of the brand for the local market, the three agreed that “Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices would have an immediate impact on the marketplace,” Jungman said.

Earl Lee, CEO of HSF Affiliates, welcomed Rocky Mountain Realtors to the brand. “For a quarter-century, Rocky Mountain Realtors has been a well-respected member of the Prudential Real Estate network,” Lee said, adding, “We’re proud this fine company is going forward with the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices.”
