NTS Offers New Service for 2014

National Tax Search (NTS) announced on Friday the launch of a new suite of services for flood determination. The services are provided nationally through NTS’s service solution, FloodQ.

The Chicago, Illinois-based company provides property tax management and flood zone determination services to give accurate and timely real estate data.

Flood zone determinations are required on mortgage loans. The status must be monitored for the life of the loan in order to ensure that lenders are in compliance with applicable law.

To head the new division, NTS hired 20-year flood determination veteran, Ed McLin. "We are excited to add flood determination to our suite of services at NTS and we are thrilled to have Ed join the NTS family," said Lori Eshoo, president and CEO.

Flood zone determination is the first new service NTS introduced in 2014.
