VRM Mortgage Services Names New SVP of Compliance

VRM Mortgage Services Tiffany FletcherCarrollton, Texas-based real estate solutions provider VRM Mortgage Services has announced that Tiffany Fletcher has been named SVP of compliance to manage risk mitigation, compliance, internal audits, quality assurance, and vendor management initiatives.

As SVP of compliance with VRM, Fletcher's responsibilities will include creating strategies and directing the implementation of compliance initiatives that are designed to continue the expansion of VRM's lines of business solutions. She will also be responsible for minimizing risk and for ensuring that client business and internal operations meet regulatory obligations.

"VRM is in a prime position to tackle the relentless influx of challenges facing the mortgage industry in the coming years," Fletcher said. "I’m looking forward to contributing to an already talented team to help broaden VRM’s offerings to the industry and continue the company’s legacy of providing exceptional service."

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Fletcher spent more than a decade at Fannie Mae serving in positions such as senior team leader for the Agency's National Underwriting Center and VP of sales in credit loss management. She has also served as SVP of operations for Bank of America, where she managed vendor and service-provider relationships and worked to ensure that the bank complied with rapidly changing laws and regulations, and implemented a wide range of credit policy and control strategies that allowed for improvement of analysis and reporting processes. She has a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Houston, a master's degree in management from Amberton University in Garland, Texas, and a juris doctorate from Texas A&M University.
