Shapiro and Ingle, LLC., a law firm with offices in Alabama and North Carolina, recently announced the hiring of Jackson E. Duncan, III to its Alabama office. Duncan will serve as Managing Attorney.
Shapiro & Ingle, LLC operates statewide in Alabama providing foreclosure, title, eviction, and REO closing and settlement services for mortgage lenders and servicers. The firm also offers bankruptcy representation and handles most default-related litigation.
Duncan brings 18 years of experience in mortgage default and litigation to the firm.
He has represented secured lenders in foreclosure and bankruptcy matters throughout the state of Alabama. Duncan earned his B.S. and M.A. in Finance from The University of Alabama and his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama School of Law.
