RealtyTrac Welcomes New VP

RealtyTrac announced recently that veteran licensing and business development executive Jeff Mattice has joined the company. Mattice will serve as VP of the Data Solutions team. In his new role, Mattice will help grow the company's expanding data licensing business.

The company recently launched data licensing for a nationwide property-level dataset of tax, deed, and mortgage records for 125 million parcels. Mattice has been tasked with developing this line of business and spearheading new efforts into this business segment.

"Jeff's broad experience in data and analytics make him an invaluable addition to the company," said Jamie Moyle, RealtyTrac CEO. "His strategic business development expertise and established industry relationships will ensure that the Data Solutions department sees continued growth."

Mattice was previously with Black Knight Financial Services for 13 years, where he served as the Director of National Licensing and Business Development with the company's Applied Analytics division. He received a Bachelor of Arts from California State University.

"RealtyTrac brings a creative, flexible and transparent offering to the tax, deed and mortgage data industry which is refreshing," Mattice said. "We're in the midst of an exciting era in real estate, and I look forward to working at RealtyTrac."
