Five Star’s FORCE Partners with Prescient

The FORCEThis week, The Five Star Institute’s Federation of REO Certified Experts (FORCE), joined forces with Prescient, Inc., a national real estate asset management company, to form a strategic partnership, according to an announcement from the Five Star.

“The Five Star Institute works tirelessly to ensure that all FORCE members receive the best opportunities that we can provide in this ever-changing market. Partnering with Prescient is an example of this, and we look forward to the development of our relationship,” said Annie Collier, Executive Director, FORCE.

FORCE members may be eligible to receive listings through Prescient through this partnership, with both government and private sector assets. According to the announcement, in order to qualify, members must complete Prescient’s FDIC agent training, consisting of a 20-minute webinar based course covering the governing principles of managing and marketing government owned properties. Additionally, this training must be renewed on a yearly basis to remain active. Likewise, Prescient may elect to retain the services of a qualified, local Five Star FORCE REO Agent in the disposition of REO properties. Registration for the required training will be announced soon. Should a property come up in your area, to make the process more seamless go to: http://4prescient.net/fdicore.aspx and email your forms to [email protected].

“We are pleased to be partnering with the Five Star Institute and the FORCE which does a tremendous job of giving their network of agents the tools to operate up to the quality expected by Prescient,” said Amy Sanchez, EVP, Prescient.
