With the hiring of Lindley Brasier as Senior Vice President and Regional Underwriting Counsel, Colorado-based Alliant National Title Insurance Company brings 37 years of title insurance industry experience to the organization.

Alliant National announced the hiring of Brasier on Aug. 6. Brasier's experience includes serving as underwriting counsel  for three different  states (Texas, Oklahoma, and New Mexico) and working as an underwriter in three others (Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming). His previous positions held include commercial closer, office counsel, and manager.

"The hiring of Lin Brasier is definitely a game-changer for Alliant National," said Gary Farmer, owner of Heritage Title of Austin, Texas. "We are excited to leverage his wealth of experience and expertise, and to offer our customers a broader range of services. We have no doubt that this will vastly improve our company's ability to help and support our customers."

Brasier will be working out of Alliant National's Dallas office and will reinforce the company's reputation as a strong underwriter with extensive knowledge of local markets. Brasier will offer customizable solutions and education on the ins and outs of regional markets, and his expertise will further enable title insurance agents to be of more value to their customers.

"It is a great honor to be part of such an impressive and knowledgeable team," Brasier said. "It is exciting to be part of the Alliant National organization. I look forward to assisting in the company's continuing growth."

"We have an extraordinary opportunity to bring a wealth of expertise and industry experience to our independent agents," Alliant National President Dave Ginger said. "Lin's reputation is known nationally to be one of deep commitment to the title insurance industry. We are thrilled to have him on board."
