acquisitionRES.NET, a California-based software applications firm serving the real estate industry, has partnered with Fay Servicing to provide Fay's clients access to RES.NET's expansive network of agents and vendors through the company's REO Portal.

Through the platform, Fay clients also access to RES.NET's set of customizable operating tools to allow compliance while maintaining efficiencies.

"Our goal is to help our clients balance their business needs and compliance requirements with customizable solutions and completely programmable, tailored technology to ensure they can offer the best possible service."

"We assessed several systems to manage our REO assets, and RES.NET proved the most robust and most easy to use platform," said Glenn Brooks, SVP at Fay Servicing. "The data points we capture through RES.NET allow us to seamlessly create detailed reporting for our clients as well as internally manage our aggressive timelines for the REO portfolio."
