Shapiro Fishman & Gache Names Dan Consuegra as a Partner

LOGS Network, an Illinois-based default management company representing the mortgage servicing and consumer credit industries, has announced that industry veteran Dan Consuegra will join Florida-based law firm Shapiro Fishman & Gache as a partner and the firm will be renamed Shapiro Fishman Consuegra & Gache.

“We are pleased Dan is joining our Florida law firm,” LOGS Network Chairman and Shapiro Fishman Consuegra & Gache Partner Gerry Shapiro said. “He has been a leader in the Florida market for many years and has always been a close peer of our organization. Having the ability to add such great talent to our firm’s leadership team will continue to reinforce our dedication to the legal and operational aspects of our business.”

Consuegra, who has served the mortgage industry for more than 25 years with default legal services and title and closing solutions through Consuegra Law Firm and Consuegra Title, will partner with the Shapiro Fishman Consuegra & Gache’s current leadership to manage the firm and will also oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm’s affiliated title company, Title & Abstract Agency of America, Inc.
