DhanInfo Expands to Meet Growing Property Preservation Outsourcing Demand

property-preservation [1]India-based IT company DhanInfo [2] has recently expanded to meet the mortgage industry's growing demand for reputable, reliable, and accurate property preservation and data processing outsourcing.

DhanInfo, which was founded in 2007 by entrepreneurs Sarvesh Agrawal and Vishvesh Agrawal, recently moved into a dedicated office building in Nagpur, India, that is capable of accommodating up to 600 employees. The company has increased staffing every year since it was founded as client demand has increased. The addition of more than 100 employees in the last year alone has brought DhanInfo's staff total up to 250.

“The new building is equipped with the latest infrastructure, security and safety measures to ensure our clients receive the best service available,” Sarvesh said.

The two entrepreneurs who founded DhanInfo are highly experienced in property preservation processing, and both have extensive experience working with American clients, as do the company's employees.

“It’s our goal to lead the market in our current services only,” Sarvesh said. “We are market leaders in our area of niche work, and are the largest offshore servicer to the property preservation industry, processing more than 350,000 orders a month. It’s our aim to maintain our status as being the best by focusing our energies on doing what we do already with expertise.”

As a global leader in property preservation services, DhanInfo continues to inform both current and potential customers of the benefits of outsourcing. With this goal in mind, the company recently sponsored and attended the annual Five Star Conference in Dallas, Texas, and the National Association of Mortgage Field Servicers Conference in Orlando, Florida.

"Maintaining a strong presence at events such as these is critical to our business strategy," Sarvesh said. "While our work is conducted remotely, it is our aim to connect face to face with our customers to explain what we do and how we can help them meet their needs efficiently, effectively and with expertise."
