Fabrizio & Brook Welcomes New Attorney

Fabrizio & Brook Real Estate AttorneysTroy, Michigan-based real estate law firm Fabrizio & Brook, P.C., recently announced that John D. Stoddard has joined the firm to oversee the judicial foreclosure and commercial workout departments.

Stoddard is an experienced creditors' rights and bankruptcy litigation attorney, having worked in the field for more than 20 years. Stoddard has a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School, which he received in 1992, and he graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albion College.

Stoddard's experience includes lecturing on bankruptcy and fair debt collection issues to many groups, which have included the National Business Institute and the Oakland County (Michigan) Bar Association. He is admitt ed to practice law in both Michigan and Indiana and is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
