RIO Genesis Taps Effinger for Management Team

RIO GeneLynn Effinger RIO Genesissis, a Nevada-based leading real estate software solutions provider, has announced the hiring of housing and mortgage servicing industry veteran Lynn Effinger as SVP of institutional services.

“We are extremely pleased that Lynn has joined our growing team,” said Michael Krein, CEO of RIO Genesis. “I have known Lynn for many years and he brings to our dynamic organization over three decades of proven housing and mortgage servicing experience in management, marketing and business development, and he has numerous contacts throughout the real estate industry.”

Immediately prior to joining RIO Genesis, Effinger served as EVP of Ohio-based ZVN Properties. He has held several executive positions with financial institutions, including VP/REO manager for Great Western Bank, Washington Mutual, and Citicorp Trust Bank; and SVP of Olympus Asset Management; and business development manager for Assurant Field Services, whose parent company, Assurant, Inc., is a Fortune 500 company with assets valued at more than $29 billion.
