RIO Genesis Real Estate Software SolutionsHenderson, Nevada-based RIO Software Solutions, the parent company of centralized web-based real estate transaction management platform RIO Genesis, has announced the addition of three key personnel to strengthen the support operation for the company's new technology platform, RIO Office.

Kevin Bettencourt has joined the team as customer service manager, Federico "Trip" Dottin has been moved into the position of product manager, and Desiree VanLeer has been hired as broker services manager, according to RIO Genesis president and CEO Michael Krein.

"These talented, experienced professionals were specifically hired to further enhance our technical support operation and I look forward to working with them as we march forward," Krein said.

Bettencourt has more than nine years of customer support with a background in customer service that includes experience with retail operations, telephone customer support, and in-home service. He will be part of RIO Software Solutions' tech support team where he will assist end-users of RIO Office when they call, email, or submit a ticket online to solve an issue. As broker services manager for RIO, her area of focus will be "leading customers to solutions that will best fit their specific business needs by building relationships and offering focused support," according to Krein.

The RIO (Real Estate Information Organizer)  Office technology platform includes modules for: management and marketing; full transaction workflow and tasking; open reporting and scoring; staff direction; document manipulation and paperless storage; lead generation and tracking; offer management and closing; enhanced communications; email integration, accounting and billing; compliance, and a complete recruiting system.
