Wingspan Appoints 30-Year Veteran to Newly Created Post

In Texas, ""Wingspan Portfolio Advisors"":http://www.wingspanportfolioadvisors.com/ named industry veteran Susan Pettem to the newly created position of EVP for business development.

Pettem has spent more than 30 years in the mortgage business and has led national sales and major accounts efforts for several large companies. She spent 18 years with Fidelity National Financial as SVP of sales and marketing and became national sales executive for Lender Processing Services (LPS) when her division was spun off in [COLUMN_BREAK]

2008. Prior to joining Wingspan, she was SVP and national accounts executive for First American Mortgage Services.

Outside of positions, Pettem is active in many industry associations, including the United Trustees Assocation (UTA), where she serves on the board of directors and is the current membership chair. She's also a past recipient of UTA's Dorothy Schick Veteran Member of the Year Award, which recognizes members' achievements and service to the industry.

In her new position, she will lead Wingspan's business development team across the entire spectrum of the company's service offerings, including default services, due diligence, portfolio management, customer service, and compliance management outsourcing.
