Titanium Introduces Homeowner Contact Suite

At the 2009 Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) Mortgage Servicing Conference in Tampa, Florida, on Tuesday, ""Titanium Solutions, Inc."":http://www.titaniuminc.com, a provider of homeowner contacting and consulting services, announced the launch of HomeTouch. The expanded suite of customized services allows lenders and loan servicers to make contact with borrowers at specific stages of delinquency, in addition to complementing the outreach efforts of the servicer with in-person communication, Titanium explained.
Additionally, Titanium said it has opened its 350-plus seat loss mitigation outsourcing facility in Fort Mill, South Carolina, which provides end-to-end processing of mass modifications. The company's loss mitigation and modification processing service uses Early Resolution, an application that allows lenders to customize the guidelines and procedures for each client to ensure consistent servicing across all portfolios.
Patrick Carey, CEO of Titanium Solutions, said, ""Given our expertise in the area of loss mitigation and the level of trust that we have developed with our clients, this was a natural progression for our business. The call center will conduct collection and loss mitigation outreach to homeowners on behalf of our servicers and will provide critical capacity as delinquencies and foreclosures continue to increase.""
