As part of the alliance, First American Title Insurance Company will provide property-level collateral data, which includes lien priority insurance information and property valuations, to be integrated with the Hope LoanPortal platform.

Servicers utilize the platform to find out what options exists for borrowers facing foreclosure.
By having access to First American's data, servicers will receive a foreclosure alternative package from a single source, allowing for a more efficient process when assisting borrowers.

""Servicers today are seeking to maximize home retention. Having quick access to complete, accurate information simplifies the review process and facilitates better communication with their customers,"" said Eric Friedman, chief operating officer for First American Mortgage Services' default segment.

Headquartered in Santa Ana, California, First American Mortgage Services is a division of First American Title Insurance Company and provides origination and default solutions.
