DhanInfo Expands to Meet Increased Demand from U.S. Clients

The information technology company """"Dhandhania Infotech"""":http://www.dhaninfo.com (DhanInfo) is expanding its business process outsourcing (BPO) operations to meet growing demand from U.S. customers for its real estate- and mortgage-related services.

The India-based company assists corporations with staff-centric tasks such as property preservation data entry, real estate virtual assistants, and search engine optimization for Internet marketing. DhanInfo says more companies are looking to outsource parts of their businesses such as data entry or administration, which puts services such as DhanInfo offers in high demand. As a result, the five-year-old company is expanding its operations and nearly doubling its staff to keep up with the increasing workload.

""""In the five years that we've been in business, we've seen our company grow rapidly,"""" said Sarvesh Agrawal, owner of DhanInfo. """"So much so, in fact, that in early 2014, we're moving premises to a new dedicated office building and taking on up to a hundred extra staff from the current 150 to cope with the workload. It really is an exciting time for us and the outsourcing business as a whole.""""

The India-based outsourcing company understands the importance of personal interaction with clients. DhanInfo showcased its services as an exhibitor at the annual Five Star Conference and Expo in Dallas, Texas, as well as the National Association of Mortgage Field Services (NAMFS) Conference in Chicago, Illinois, last September.

""""Attending events such as these is key to our business strategy,"""" Agrawal said. """"Even though all our work is carried out remotely, people still like to connect a name to a face and this is our chance to do this, explain what we are all about, and how we can help them to meet their operational needs.""""

DhanInfo's IT outsourcing services include property preservation data processing, home inspection data entry services, real estate assistant services, loan mortgage processing, bank data processing, data and form processing, and insurance claim processing as well as healthcare data processing and link building and local SEO services.
