Vendor Resource Management Announces New Senior Executives

""Vendor Resource Management"":http://www.vrmco.com (VRM), a nationwide REO asset disposition firm headquartered in Carrollton, Texas, recently announced several staff promotions and appointments for senior executive positions.

Effie Booker-Dennison, VP of strategic development, is a 25-year industry veteran with experience in real estate, asset management, business development, and banking.

Prior to joining VRM, she was senior director of REO operations for CoreLogic. She was also director of Fannie Mae's Community Business Center for the North Texas region. Booker-Dennison held other senior leadership roles with Wells Fargo Bank and the FDIC. She is a licensed real estate broker for the state of Texas.

Mark Mitford, VP of human resources, previously worked in mid-sized to Fortune 50 companies and several global organizations, including Ericsson, Texas Instruments, Nortel, PepsiCo, Safeco Insurance, and Telmar.

Mitford currently serves as a member of the Southern Methodist University (SMU) HR Executive Roundtable and the SMU Associate Board, mentoring MBA students at the university. He received his bachelor's degree from Baylor University in psychology, his master's in organizational psychology from St. Mary's University in San Antonio, and his MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.

Alzora Baker, VP of federal practices, is responsible for acquisition of procurement contracts with government

agencies responsible for default asset management of residential housing.

Knowledgeable in REO and short sale valuation and disposition processes, Baker formally worked at Wells Fargo and World Savings as an account executive and as a VP of the residential retail division.

Donna Wood, director of operations, is responsible for sales and support for one of VRM's largest clients. A certified public accountant and a licensed real estate agent and broker, Wood is a former sales manager at VRM.

She started her career with KPMG Peat Marwick and later became involved in real estate as a full-time real estate investor. She managed a startup franchise brokerage before joining VRM. Wood received her bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Louisville.

Brad Blancett, director of operations, is responsible for implementing policy changes, strategic programs, and other problem solving initiatives. He also directs work activity for individual contributors as well as managers.

Blancett has a background in the real estate industry as a Realtor and broker. He studied finance at the University of Texas at Arlington and Texas Tech University.

Doug Williamson, director of training, is responsible for all external and internal training for VRM, including VRM University.

His experience includes tenures as VP of strategic projects for Bank of America, management consultant for Comdisco/SunGard Systems, and senior portfolio manager/operations manager for First American CoreLogic. Williamson received his BBA and his MBA from Texas Wesleyan University, magna cum laude.

Cheryl Helms, VRM's new director of accounting, is the former director of accounting for Fannie Mae.

She was also VP of international accounting for Hudson Advisors and held various positions for Citigroup, including derivatives financial controller, treasury controller for Associates First Capital, and controller for Citi-Financial. Helms received a joint bachelor's/master's degree in accountancy from the University of Oklahoma.
