""The addition of Bill and Brion is another step towards extending our expertise with the market's most seasoned financing experts as we grow all sectors of our capital markets business,"" said Mike Melody, executive managing director of Jones Lang LaSalle's capital markets business. ""We're moving our real estate investment banking business into a full-service product line, and Bill and Brion have considerable experience in the credit-tenant financing business that will support our client's interests.""

Morris is responsible for advancing the firm's strategic advisory expertise to the firm's public and private real estate investment trust (REIT) clients.

Morris served as an executive with several REITs, including Boston Properties and the Charles E. Smith Companies. He was also an EVP, COO, and managing director for Capital Markets with Rosecliff Realty. Most recently, Morris was the CEO for Prince George's Metro Center. He also co-founded LMH Realty Group, LLC.

""As we continue to broaden the scope of our capital markets expertise, Jonathan's past experience as a senior officer of three extremely successful REITs will enable us to greatly enhance our offerings to clients,"" Melody said. ""Jonathan offers more than 20 years of experience within the industry along with the deep relationships that coincide with that experience, and we are confident that his abilities - combined with our firm's global platform - will connect us with key players within the REIT arena.""

These additions follow Jones Lang LaSalle's recent acquisition of certain assets of the Atlanta-based commercial real estate lending and servicing group of Primary Capital Advisors, allowing Jones Lang LaSalle to operate as a Freddie Mac Program Plus seller/servicer.
