Pinnacle Names East Region VP

In his new position, Signer will be responsible for the oversight of existing owned assets, new developments, and new business development.

Signer comes to Pinnacle with more than 20 years' multifamily property management experience. Prior to joining Pinnacle, he served as VP of operations with Alliance Residential, responsible for operations and new business development for the entire East coast. He also previously held positions with Gables Residential, Archstone Management Services, and Trammell Crow Residential.

A graduate of Florida State University, Signer has served as chairman on the board for his alma mater's housing program, and he has also been a board member with the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando and the Atlanta Apartment Association. Additionally, he is a certified property manager.
