RES.NET Adds Key Functionalities to AMP Management System

The California-based real estate software application company RES.NET has announced functionality enhancements to its landmark real estate management system, AMP (Accelerated Management Platform).

Developed to improve the administrative and operational efficiencies of real estate professionals by harnessing Internet portal technology, AMP is an automated workflow system that manages tasks, stores data, organizes prospect information, provides global oversight of property listings and historical data, and connects real estate professionals within the RES.NET community.

Now, AMP boasts additional features that the company says will further streamline its use and enhance value.

The new 2.0 release of the software includes a ""buyers"" portal that allows individuals to access and search for agents who belong to the AMP network. Buyers can search properties (viewing details such as pictures, videos, and maps); schedule appointments; and receive notifications for new properties when they are added to the system.

In addition, brokers and agents can assign log-in privileges to assistants, allowing staffers access to agent data. They can then track projects and auto-assign tasks to assistants.

A master broker will have the ability to assign properties to brokers or agents within their team and will have access to the reporting functionality to oversee the entire portfolio of the broker/agent network.

The expense tracking functionality within AMP has been expanded to enable agents to monitor costs on user-created properties. Several new fields will now be available to track these expenses with greater detail.

A utilities section has also been added to the system's pre-marketing tab to allow agents to monitor recurring utility expenses. This new section contains data fields to track company name, due dates, paid dates, and other areas that will assist an agent in monitoring the status of power, gas, water and sewer bills.

The system's new mobile application allows agents out in the field to take photos and video, then upload to the AMP platform, expediting the completion of tasks and inspections. Property data and contact information is also accessible on the go.

The new release will be available to RES.NET AMP agents with professional level memberships.

""RES.NET continues to enhance its portals and have aggressive initiatives to empower the real estate agent, which in return, we believe empowers sellers and buyers,"" said Todd Mobraten, COO of US Real Estate Services, Inc., the parent company of RES.NET.

RES.NET will debut the AMP release at the Five Star Default Servicing Conference and Expo in Dallas, Texas, September 19-22.
