CO-OP Financial Services announced Tuesday that subsidiary company CO-OP Member Center has partnered with LenderLive Network Inc. to better help credit unions serve their members.

LenderLive Settlement Services, a subsidiary of LenderLive Network Inc., announced the acquisition of MoKan Title Services LLC. MoKan, with offices located in Missouri and Kansas, offers title insurance coverage and services for residential and commercial lenders on new loans, refinancings, foreclosure-related actions and closings for REO transactions.

LenderLive Network, a domestic-based, end-to-end mortgage services provider, appointed Patrice Power as SVP of marketing. With 30 years of brand marketing and management skills, Power has created strategic marketing plans and public and media relations and advertising campaigns for Fortune 1000 and Fortune 500 companies.

LenderLive Settlement Services LLC (LLSS), a division of national mortgage service provider LenderLive Network Inc., announced Tuesday the expansion of its business development team with the addition of Kimberly Joyce as national sales manager and Brad Noblit as regional account manager. Together, they bring more than 25 years of experience to the company.

LenderLive Settlement Services has expanded its title-related and portfolio management service offerings in response to new regulatory compliance requirements affecting lenders and servicers. In today's environment, LenderLive says it is even more imperative that servicers have all title and mortgage documentation in order. The company notes that there have been instances where foreclosures or other loan actions have been delayed because the title information could not be verified.

LenderLive Network Inc. has expanded into private-labeled subservicing and specialty servicing. Through its expanded servicing division, LenderLive offers traditional subservicing of performing assets and end-to-end specialty servicing to help optimize the resolution of distressed assets. The company will continue to provide component servicing for loan modifications, short sales, and REO asset management. The company has tapped David Vida, a 20-year veteran of the mortgage industry to manage the loan servicing division.

LenderLive Network Inc., a Denver-based provider of business process outsourcing and technology to the financial industry, recently appointed Stephen Hewins EVP of operations. Hewins spent nearly 20 years in the mortgage banking industry with Wachovia, now owned by Wells Fargo. Most recently, he was director of post-funding with Capital One Home Loans.

LenderLive Network Inc. which provides business process outsourcing and technology to the financial industry, has appointed R. Harold Owens as national account manager for its LenderLive Settlement Services (LLSS) division. A 39-year veteran of the consumer financial services industry, Owens is responsible for obtaining new title business for LLSS and managing client relationships.
