Lubes has eight years of experience practicing in the areas of consumer collections, foreclosure, and creditors' rights litigation. He will also be working as an associate in Gerner's Michigan Default Practice Group, which is run out of the firm's Cleveland, Ohio office. Before his admission to the Ohio bar, he clerked for the Warren County prosecutor's office and served for over three years as a special agent for the FBI in Dallas, Texas.
