Thomas Grundy, CRCM, is senior director, U.S. Advisory Services for Wolters Kluwer. He has 34 years of combined experience as a former regulator, compliance professional, and consultant. Grundy launched his career as an examiner for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and later served as an oversight examiner for the Federal Reserve Board in Washington. In addition, he has served as a compliance officer for fintech and traditional banking and financial services organizations. In his current role, he advises banking, credit union, mortgage, student lending, and financial technology clients.
