The Law Offices of John D. Clunk Co. LPA, located in Ohio, and Clunk, Paisley and Associates, PSC, located in Kentucky, have announced that they are joining firms. As part of this change, which became effective on January 1, the Law Offices of John D. Clunk Co. LPA will change its name to Clunk, Paisley, Hoose Co., (CPH) LPA and will service both Ohio and Kentucky.

Clunk, Paisley and Associates will continue to wind down in the next few months and will cease to exist in late 2017. Although the Ohio firm will change it’s name through a filing with the Ohio Secretary of State, there will be no change in ownership or tax identity.

With over 100 years’ combined legal experience, Clunk, Paisley, Hoose Co., LPA represents clients throughout Ohio and Kentucky and prides itself on handling milestones in the foreclosure process, from litigation, evictions, bankruptcy, and home retention through a dedicated team of expert attorneys and staff.

CPH is a member of the Legal League 100, a professional association for law firms that is committed to supporting the mortgage servicing industry through education, communication, relationship development, and advisory services.
