Hurst, Texas based Mortgage Specialists International, LLC [1](MSI) recently announced that it has acquired a majority stake in Williams, Williams & McKissick [2] located in Tulsa, Oklahoma,including its subsidiaries Williams & Williams Auctioneers and AuctionNetwork.com.
MSI is a property management company specializing in real estate, property inspection, preservation, and REO asset management.
"After a thorough assessment, MSI determined that this acquisition would be a benefit to both existing and potential clients," said Jim Shivers, CEO of the 34-year-old company. "We've expanded our services now to include auction sales for all types of real estate–commercial, residential, luxury, farms and ranches, specialty government, and bank-owned."
Steve Stallard, President of MSI, ensured the public that Tulsa’ based Williams & Williams will not be relocating to Hurst, Texas and will continue to perform live auctions like Claims Without Conveyance of Title throughout the country. "As a brand built on providing solutions for all real estate needs, having a brokerage network and auction disposition strategy with interactive bidding allows us to provide even more customized services for our clients," Stallard said.
