LRES Corporation Brings Industry Veteran to Team

Frank Obregon Welcomed to LRES TeamLRES Corporation, an Orange, California-based residential and commercial real estate services company that provides nationwide valuations, REO asset management, and HOA solutions for the mortgage and real estate industry, has welcomed Frank Obregon as its commercial appraisal manager.

Obregon holds nearly 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, and before joining the LRES team, he served as director of commercial valuation for PCV Murcor, where he managed appraisal report and appraisal review production, training, client interface, budget, staffing, and more. Prior to that position, Obregon held a regional manager role with Ameriquest Mortgage.

“Frank’s advanced knowledge and proven success in the commercial real estate industry make him a valuable addition to our team as LRES continues to expand offerings and create efficiencies in the commercial valuation industry,” Mark Johnson, President of LRES said .

In this role, Obregon is responsible for establishing and managing LRES’ commercial appraisal department and providing leadership in staffing, management, training, employee relations, and performance reviews. He will also oversee the development of products and assist in identifying business opportunities and product strategies.

“I look forward to collaborating with the LRES team and establishing highly modernized processes for LRES’ growing commercial valuation division,” Obregon said.

With more than 17 years of continued growth, LRES specializes in helping customers effectively meet compliance requirements and limit the financial risks associated with property matters in the mortgage origination, servicing, and default markets.
