[2] Bay Point Advisors, an Atlanta-based private lender, provides small and medium-sized businesses with secured, mezzanine, bridge, and DIP financing. RPMS services loans for a variety of Investment Banks, PE firms, hedge funds, mortgage banks, credit unions/CUSO’s.
