CalyxSoftware Pronounces Plan for National User Conference

CalyxSoftware®, a provider of comprehensive mortgage software solutions for banks, credit unions, mortgage bankers, wholesale and correspondent lenders and brokers, recently announced its agenda for CalyxVision™ 18, the company’s second national user conference.

“Due to the mortgage industry evolving at an unprecedented rate, it is important, now more than ever, for lenders and brokers to stay up-to-date on regulations, trends, and technology to maintain a competitive edge and remain compliant,” said Bob Dougherty, VP of Business Development at CalyxSoftware. “The CalyxVision conference agenda was designed with this in mind. Our program provides our attendees with the comprehensive education they need—allowing them to adapt quickly and easily to the changing market and take their businesses to the next level of success.”

The conference will consist of over 16 hours of advanced, hands-on software training, and more than 20 hours of industry sessions focused on understanding HMDA and Fair Lending, the Fintech revolution and digital mortgages, the HELOC opportunity, the future of industry regulations, updates from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, and how to recruit and retain millennials.

Attendees can also look forward to a keynote address from Jason Dorsey, the Millennial/Gen Z expert, who will discuss the importance of understanding and know how to influence these two generations to drive measurable results, more sales, better leaders, and faster innovation.

Additionally, a keynote address from Brent Gleeson, Navy SEAL combat veteran with multiple tours in Iraq and Africa. After leaving SEAL Team 5, Gleeson turned his discipline and battlefield lessons to business and has become an entrepreneur, writer and acclaimed speaker on topics ranging from leadership to building high-performance teams.

The event will be held February 11-14, 2018 at the Hilton San Francisco Union Square.
