Additionally, the firm announces it has been selected for the fourth year in a row as one of “The Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” in the Metro Detroit area for the 2016 state-wide competition. The firm was honored at a ceremony in September, where a representative from the firm accepted the award. The “Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” competition identifies and honors organizations located throughout specific regions that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment.

“We are very proud to, once again, be named among the Best & Brightest Companies. It is truly an honor to be the recipients of this award for the fourth year in a row. This award recognizes the high standard that we set for ourselves, to create and maintain a positive work environment,” said Potestivo.

The firm has received similar awards in the past, including being named one of “Crain’s Cool Places to Work” and being ranked in the “Detroit Free Press Top 100 Workplaces.”
