ComplianceEase Hires New VP of National Sales

ComplianceEase, a risk management solutions provider headquartered in Burlingame, California, has announced the appointment of Sharif Mahdavian as VP of National Sales. He will manage the company’s interactions with federal and state regulator clients, GSEs, and capital market participants.

Before joining ComplianceEase, he was the VP of Business Development at LenderLive, where he led the due diligence division in developing and analyzing complex regulatory initiatives and due diligence implementation. He also handled due diligence standards and practices. Prior to that, he was at S&P Global Ratings, where he played an integral role in analyzing and evaluating key drivers impacting credit and regulatory risk for 10 years. He also spent time in the legal field, practicing law as a county assistant district attorney and through his own private law practice.
