The Washington, D.C.-based American Land Title Association (ALTA) has announced HDEP International as an ALTA Elite Provider. The Elite Provider program offered by this national trade association of the land title industry features service providers who are committed to furnishing extensive benefits to the title insurance and settlement services industry. Elite Providers promote the highest industry standards and provide effective solutions for ALTA members’ critical needs, ALTA said in a statement.

ALTA has said that HDEP International provides high-quality title production services, order entry, commitment preparation, O&E reports, abstracts, foreclosure reports, final policies, and more. In addition to title production work, the company builds electronic title plants, maintains existing daily plants, completes legal descriptions and provide other services. HDEP International allows its customers to convert fixed costs to variable costs and notes that its customers can save as much as 50 percent of internal costs when using their services.
