unnamed-2

IndiSoft, a technology development firm that specializes in systems for the financial services industry, has added Thomas Radkiewicz to its advisory board. Radkiewicz rounds out recent appointments by bringing a wealth of IT expertise and experience as an executive manager for major commercial banks and mortgage companies.

“Thomas will be a valuable resource for IndiSoft’s product and market strategy,” said Sanjeev Dahiwadkar, CEO of IndiSoft. “His vast expertise as an IT professional and experience helping companies with business transformation, growth strategy, process improvement, enterprise architecture and vendor and risk management will strengthen our position as a leading technology provider.”

For more than 30 years, Radkiewicz has been successful in banking, financial services, technology, logistics, and manufacturing industries in IT leadership roles. Radkiewicz is currently CIO at Ditech Mortgage Corp., and has had positions at JP Morgan Chase & Co., National City Bank, Cap Gemini Sogeti and Ernst & Young. At Ditech, he leads the company’s IT strategy implementing efficiency for mortgages and leading initiatives to automate manual tasks and reduce paperwork as he spearheads their progress in the digital world.

“The addition of Radkiewicz will be instrumental in our business strategy for 2018 and years to come,” Dahiwadkar added. “He brings unique IT expertise that will allow us to cultivate our technology and solutions as well as continue to grow IndiSoft as a company.”

Radkiewicz has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and computer science from the University of Toledo in Ohio. He also has been very active with board members and subcommittees of industry-leading companies. Radkiewicz has also served as a judge for hackathons, a sprint-like event in which computer programmers and others involved in software development collaborate on software projects. The latest event was at The Ohio State University.
