Nationwide Title Clearing Hosts Webinar for Land Records Research

Topics discussed in the webinar included the three tiers of research (title plant—copies of land records from the county, public hard records; online, websites and databases of county records; and Note: not always an exact copy of official documents and abstract—last resort; title expert) and the pros and cons of each along with the consequences of bad research.
