Pintar Investments Hosts Webinar for FORCE

Computer BHJeff Pintar, Owner of Pintar Investments, hosted a webinar for members of the Five Star Institute’s FORCE on December 12.

According to Pintar in the webinar, working in the Southwest Region of the U.S., Pintar Investments uses the same agents at beginning and end processes and uses multiple tools for market analytics to make sure every purchase is productive, including performance metric dashboards, investor and operator portals, asset status tracking, and buying process tracking. All deals got through the database.

Decisions made by Pintar Investments are driven by fundamentals, according to Pintar. The population is growing at 3 million per year and new home production has slowed dramatically (the cost for new construction is $468,318 and the cost for a previously constructed purchase is $243,000), rental rates have gone up between 3.5 percent and 5 percent annually since 1988, homeownership peaked at 69 percent in 204, and the average rental growth is 5.7 percent annually. A 1 percent change is equal to approximately 1 million people.
