RES.NET's exclusive software for servicers can connect to existing RES.NET technology or be customized to accommodate the specific business practices and compliance considerations of clients. Clients can easily make modifications to their customized workflows on their own, giving them the advantages of a custom solution without the expense of one.
"This new service is part of the ongoing evolution of RES.NET," said Keith Guenther, CEO and founder of RES.NET and USRES. The custom tasking functionality enabling servicers and asset managers to design customized workflows, define tasks, and administer changes without the use of expensive and time consuming resources was first announced by RES.NET in 2012. RES.NET account managers assist each client in creating the customized workflows after evaluating the client's business needs and tasks to be performed. Once the workflow is created, clients can modify workflows on their own easily in a matter of minutes.
