Real Estate, Finance Industry Vet Joins Jordan Capital Finance as SVP of Business Development

Jordan Capital Finance Noah MartinJordan Capital Finance (JCF [1]), a private lender backed by Garrison Investment Group [2], has announced that real estate and finance industry veteran Noah Martin has joined the company as Senior Vice President of Business Development.

As SVP of Business Development for JCF, Martin is responsible for the firm's strategic growth as well as ensuring continued sales growth, and for establishing a network of corporate partners.

Martin, who has a Bachelor of Arts degree in philosophy from Messiah College in Grantham, Pennsylvania, and a Master's degree in Philosophy of Science from the University of Toronto, served for many years as a senior executive in the government contracting industry. Immediately prior to joining JCF, Martin worked as Chief Business Development Officer for Texas-based real estate and financial services provider Matt Martin Real Estate Management. He brings expertise to JCF in both business development and default management services.

An active member of the real estate and finance communities, Martin serves as a consultant to many groups in both industries. He is a member of both the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) and the Asian Real Estate Association of America (ARREA). He is the founder of the Northern Virginia Value Investors.

Based in Northbrook, Illinois, Jordan Capital Finance is a direct private money lender serving residential rehab investors who acquire, renovate, rent, and sell properties. JCF commonly provides lines of credit to established "fix and flip" borrowers in select national markets, supported by "common sense" underwriting and flexible, customized programs. JCF also provides loans to investors that rehabilitate and lease properties, new construction (ground up only) loans, and non-rehab loans.
