Pite Duncan Adds New Partner

Pite Duncan, LLP, announced the promotion of Christopher Peterson to partner.

Peterson joined Pite Duncan in 2009 and has been working as a senior associate attorney in the firm's litigation group. He has over 12 years’ legal experience in civil litigation and has chaired multiple jury and court trials, including a “Verdict of the Week” published in Verdict Search California.

Peterson obtained his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of San Diego, School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of California and handles litigation throughout the state.

Firm partners Steven Pite and John Duncan issued a statement, saying, "Time and time again, we hear from clients that Chris not only has a strong work ethic and achieves great results, but that he also communicates the handling of the cases in the fashion they value."
