Wilson & Associates Names New Shareholders, Hires CFO/COO

Wilson & Associates Default Services Law FirmReal estate default services law firm Wilson & Associates, which has two offices in Arkansas and three in Tennessee, has named three new shareholders and hired a new chief financial officer and chief operating officer, according to an announcement from managing partner/shareholder Jennifer Wilson-Harvey.

Randy Bueter, Shellie Wallace, and Aaron Squyres have been named shareholders in the firm. The three attorneys have combined for 45 years of service with Wilson & Associates, according to the announcement.

Bueter, a native of Little Rock, Arkansas, has an undergraduate degree from 7 - Acuff-WallaceWashington University in St. Louis and a juris doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law. He has been admitted to both the Arkansas Bar and the Tennessee Bar and is a member of the Pulaski County Bar Association and the Memphis Bar Association. He is also an Arkansas Resident Title Agent, and his experience is in real estate litigation. At Wilson & Associates, Bueter is the managing partner/shareholder of the bankruptcy and post-sale departments.

Wallace received a juris doctor from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock School of Law and a bachelor's from Arkansas Tech University. She is a member of both the Arkansas Bar and the Tennessee Bar. Her practice areas are focused in real estate and creditors' rights, and she has significant experience in consumer protection litigation, legislation, and administrative procedures. At Wilson & Associates, Wallace is the managing partner/shareholder of the foreclosure legal department.

Squyres has a bachelor's from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and a juris doctor from the University of Arkansas School of Law, and is a member of both the Arkansas Bar and Tennessee Bar and is a member of the Bar Associations in both states. He is a Master of the Bench of the Henry Woods Inn of Court, and his primary area of law practice is in mortgage banking litigation. At Wilson & Associates, Squyres is the managing partner/shareholder of the litigation department.

James L. (Jim) Acuff has been named the CFO and COO of Wilson & Associates. Acuff has an accounting degree from Lipscomb University and a master's from Tennessee Tech. He has more than 27 years of experience with growth-oriented middle market companies. In his new roles with Wilson & Associates, Acuff will be responsible for oversight of the non-legal departments at the firm, such as accounting, IT, HR, and facilities.
