"As a fast-growing company, it’s extremely important to be strategically thoughtful about growth and Richey will play a vital role in managing this. His unique experience handling everything from large repairs to marketing strategies will be especially valuable in supporting our diverse roster of clients who have specialized needs when it comes to managing their portfolios."

Richey's vision and direction will ensure that growth across all lines of business for the company will remain unified under HomeStar's commitment to provide a vertically integrated turn-key process. The expansion of business services and technology enhancements implemented in 2014 resulted in more growth of the company's momentum, according to the announcement.
