Clayton Holdings Hires New Business Development Director

Clayton Holdings John GuyConnecticut-based mortgage industry information and services provider Clayton Holdings has announced the hiring of John Guy as senior managing director of business development.

During his more than 25 years in the residential and commercial mortgage banking and finance industries, Guy has served in senior business development roles at Auction.com, Mission Capital Advisors, and Ocwen Financial Corp. He has also held various portfolio acquisition roles at Bankers Trust, Security National, and Southbridge Investments. Immediately prior to joining Clayton Holdings, Guy was SVP of business development for Wingspan Portfolio Advisors. His career began with Bank of America as a commercial lender. Guy graduated cum laude with a degree in finance and real estate from the University of Florida.

As senior managing director of business development with Clayton Holdings, Guy will report to Clayton's EVP of sales and marketing, Tom Donatacci. Guy's role will include managing the expansion of Clayton's customer base and developing strategic initiatives with Clayton's parent company, Radian Group, Inc.

"As we continue to expand the range of solutions and services that we can offer the market, it will be vital to have an executive in place who can identify strategic opportunities and drive these initiatives," Donatacci said. "John brings a great deal of insight from his experience in business development with leading mortgage banking and financial firms, which I’m sure will lead him to succeed in this role."
