Bryan Lysikowski, CEO of ZVN Properties, Inc. [1], announced that his firm has hired respected industry veteran, Lynn Effinger, to serve as EVP of business development.
"We are extremely pleased that Lynn has joined the ZVN team,” said Lysikowski, co-founder of the Ohio-based company. "He brings to our well established organization over three decades of proven housing and mortgage servicing experience in management, marketing, and business development."
Effinger has held positions as VP and REO manager for Great Western Bank, Washington Mutual, and Citicorp Trust Bank. He has also served as senior VP of Olympus Asset Management and director of REO services.
Most recently, Effinger was business development manager for Assurant Field Asset Services.
