Aspen Grove Welcomes New Business Solutions Architect

Aspen Grove Solutions Ron Briggs [1]Property-related technology solutions provider Aspen Grove Solutions [2] has announced the hiring of Ron Briggs as the company's business solutions architect.

In his new role with Aspen Grove, Briggs will support clients, business analysts, project managers, and technical leads that are focused on multiple projects across the platform. He will also work closely with the company's internal sales and business development teams.

Briggs' 25 years of real estate industry experience, specifically in the mortgage servicing and default space. He previously served as COO for Matt Martin Real Estate Management, where he led a team responsible for the disposition of nearly 23,000 single-family HUD homes for total gross sales of $1.7 billion. Briggs and his team at MMREM also managed the disposition of forfeited property and single-family homes for the U.S. Marshals Service after the FDIC assumed control of multiple failed financial institutions.

His other positions include leadership positions with Freddie Mac, where he served as manager for many aspects of the REO and disposition process; Washington Mutual, where he served as VP of the REO department; and Saxon Mortgage, where as SVP he managed the REO, property preservation, claims, and default invoicing departments.

Briggs owns a bachelor's degree in finance/real estate specialization from Texas Tech University and he obtained his real estate broker's license in Texas.

Formed in Boston in 1997 and now based in Frederick, Maryland, Aspen Grove Solutions is a privately-held company with offerings that include property-related technology solutions for REO, short sale, asset management, property preservation, vendor management, and compliance.
