The Collingwood Group Hires Former FHFA Senior Policy Analyst as VP

The Collingwood Group Bonnie McCloskey [1]Longtime housing finance policy expert Bonnie McCloskey has joined Washington, D.C.-based business advisory firm The Collingwood Group [2] as vice president, according to an announcement from the firm.

McCloskey will support The Collingwood Group's risk management and compliance and business advisory practices in her new role as VP with the firm.

"After 27 years in the federal government I am excited to bring my experience to the private sector," McCloskey said. "I look forward to helping Collingwood’s clients navigate today’s challenging regulatory landscape."

Before joining Collingwood, McCloskey served as a senior policy analyst with the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA [3]). In that role, she provided oversight and guidance to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac on single-family policy and technology issues. Prior to her service with FHFA, McCloskey spent more than two decades serving in many positions with the Federal Housing Administration (FHA [4]). Notably with FHA, she managed all of the Administration's key technology tools, including the Single-Family Data Warehouse and FHFA's Neighborhood Watch system.
