LenderLive Network Appoints EVP of Operations and Client Management

1 - Shana LaskoIn Colorado, domestic end-to-end mortgage services provider LenderLive Network recently introduced its newest addition: Shana Lakso has joined the company has EVP of operations and client management for its mortgage services units.

Lakso has been in the mortgage industry for more than two decades. Most recently, she was SVP of client management and operations at Equator, where she was responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing operating processes to maximize performance.

Lakso's past positions also include VP of financial operations at Financial Freedom, VP of sales and operations at Option One Mortgage, co-founder and SVP at City Mortgage Services, and SVP at Prime Financial.

In her new position with LenderLive, she will be responsible for executing the firm's long-term strategy to provide end-to-end, seamless, private-label mortgage solutions to clients.

"LenderLive’s goal is to give our clients more value and flexibility via seamless, exceptional operations and client experiences across our private-label mortgage services (outsource services, correspondent lending and loan servicing)," said Dave Vida, president of LenderLive's Mortgage Services division. "In some cases, this means providing clients a correspondent relationship along with co-branded servicing; in others, we enable clients to offer mortgages via our turnkey solution that includes complete outsource fulfillment. Shana’s knowledge and experience will be essential as we enhance and shape our offerings to continue serving our clients' evolving needs."
