Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP, a default servicing law firm representing clients throughout California, has announced two new partners, Cynthia Stelzer and Calvin Clements.

Stelzer joined the firm’s Business Real Estate Group in 2006, bringing extensive litigation knowledge with her to the firm. She represents commercial landlords, property managers, business owners, and real estate investors in business and complex real estate issues as the Business Real Estate Group’s newest partner. Her clientele consists of the top commercial brokerage and management companies across the nation. A licensed broker and realtor, Stelzer has been a practicing attorney since 2003.

Clements joined Kimball, Tirey & St. John in 2005 as the managing attorney in the firm’s Sacramento office. In the last 11 years, Clements has been involved in approximately 2,500 hearings and trials for the firm. He has also assisted various practice groups within the firm, including Fair Housing, the Business Real Estate Group, and Collections, in addition to working as a trial attorney.

Prior to joining the firm, Clements worked on criminal just matters within the state of California as a Deputy Legal Affairs Secretary in the Office of Governor Gray Davis. He has also worked as a sole practitioner assisting clients in criminal, family, and personal injury matters. Prior to entering law, Clements worked as a commercial property manager in Southern California.

“We are pleased to recognize our new partners and are excited about their expanded client representation,” said Ted Kimball, founding partner of Kimball, Tirey & St. John LLP.  “Their expertise in commercial and residential landlord/tenant law and business and real estate transactions will allow the firm’s Landlord/Tenant and Business Real Estate Groups to meet the expanding needs of its clients.”

Kimball, Tirey & St. John represents clients in unlawful detainer, debt collection, estate planning, business and real transactions, civil litigation, employment law, and fair housing and ADA defense matters. The firm has offices in the San Diego, Irvine, Los Angeles, Concord, and Sacramento areas.
