[1] has announced that Black Knight, Inc [2]. will begin offering the company’s mortgage origination and settlement clients the ability to create, execute and deliver eNotes using eOriginal technology. Black Knight clients using the company’s Expedite Close digital closing solution will now be able to integrate eNotes into their mortgage origination process.
Black Knight joins others in the industry such as Fannie Mae, MERSCORP Holdings and Wells Fargo Home Lending in leveraging eOriginal’s eNote technology to help provide system capability and liquidity to the digital mortgage market. “At Black Knight, we’re laser-focused on transforming the mortgage industry through innovation,” said Rich Gagliano, President, Origination Technologies, Black Knight. “When it comes to the digital mortgage, creation, and acceptance of the eNote represents a quintessential ‘last mile’ challenge.
