Potestivo & Associates, P.C. [1], recently announced the hiring of Qiana Rivers to its attorney team. She is located at the firm’s downtown Rochester office as an Associate Attorney, primarily serving the Michigan Foreclosure Department. Rivers has spent several years drafting legal documents and representing clients in bankruptcy, family law, and business law transactions. She has also served as a Research Attorney for a local law firm. In this capacity, she researched federal statutes and prepared litigation for the firm's international clients.

Potestivo & Associates, P.C., also announced the hiring of Kristy Steffani to its attorney team. She is located at the firm’s Downtown Rochester office as an Associate Attorney, primarily serving the Bankruptcy Department. Steffani has spent the previous years representing Creditors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankruptcy proceedings Bankruptcy Trustees in Chapter 7 proceedings. Prior to this role, she served as an Attorney/Partner for Foundations Legal Group, PLLC.
