Evangelista, who has a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, has 18 years of commercial and residential title insurance experience. He has worked for several notable title agents in the Detroit area, including five years in the national commercial services division with First American Title Insurance Company, where his focus was on commercial property title examination. Prior to working with First American Title, Evangelista served as the title examiner and staff attorney with William T. Sheahan Title Company for six years, examining titles and reviewing surveys for both residential and commercial transactions.
Best Homes Title Agency was created in 2006 by two Detroit-area real estate attorneys, Neil Sherman and Peter Schneiderman, to provide comprehensive title insurance, title examination, and closing and escrow services throughout the state of Michigan.
